Keeping Busy....

These are some things that have been keeping the girls busy and me laughing.

I love these pictures I took at Grandma Christensen's house. I love to take pictures to create memories for Ellyse and Lily for when they get older. I know I like to look back at pictures I have of me and my grandparents.

Dear Grandma......

Happy Birthday Mom!!!

I just wanted to wish my Mom a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! We love you so much and miss not being with you. We are so excited to see you and spend a couple days with you. I admire you so much and hope I will some day come close to being as good as a Mom to my kids as you were to me. Love you Lots!!!!

The Joys of Motherhood....

So I have been thinking lately about what makes me really happy about being a mother. Here it goes...

-I love having 2 healthy and happy little girls.
-I love seeing the girls laugh. Especially if it is one of the girls making the other laugh.
-I love being able to make it to a store and back home without any meltdowns.
-I love watching them play together and get along with each other.
-I love nap time. Knowing I get a little breather is very nice.
-I love when Ellyse tells me she loves me.
-I love when they just want to be held.(Normally when I'm trying to get something done)
-I love reading books with them.(Fancy Nancy is one of our favorites)
-I love shopping for cute little girl clothes.
-I love singing songs with them.
-I love knowing that we are an eternal family and that we can be together forever.

These are just some of my favorites. The list could go on and on.

Story Time With Daddy

Ellyse loves her story time every night before bedtime. Bryan normally will read with her and she loves it. Her favorite is when we "snuggle" and read books on Mommy and Daddy's bed. We love this special time that we can spend with just her every night.

Stroller Rides Anybody???

Lily thinks it is so fun to be pushed around in Ellyse's doll stroller. She gets the biggest grin on her face and it's so cute to see her get excited. Too bad it's not always this easy to entertain them!!!

Silly Ellyse....

A couple weeks ago I was downstairs doing some laundry and I noticed Ellyse was being awfully quiet so I came up to check on her and this is what I found. Its funny the different things you can do with coins.
